Sales and Marketing Assistant

Hours: Part time, 22.5hrs per week

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the sales and marketing team. The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answering calls and emails
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database
  • Processing and monitoring orders
  • Supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service
  • Assisting with the production of marketing and promotional literature
  • Updating the company website and social media channels
  • Supporting the team in planning and running campaigns
  • Helping organise events including international exhibitions
  • Organising and booking hotels and travel
  • General admin support

Skills required:

  • Enthusiasm and good organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel (experience with Adobe InDesign will be an advantage)
  • A good team player
  • Minimum 1 years office experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
  • Previous marketing experience would be beneficial
  • Entitlement to permanent work in the European Community
